CSCS certification required for site access
SMSTS or equivalent management qualification
Strong understanding of CDM health and safety legislation
Experience estimating labour, plant, and material costs
Ability to manage contract programmes and productivity
Full UK driving licence mandatory
Nice-to-have
Extensive knowledge of highways construction processes
Experience using Microsoft Project software
Understanding of project productivity expectations
