Job Summary
We're building a connected, end-to-end Enterprise AI engine, uniting data foundations, AI technology, process reinvention, and business-facing AI to accelerate results across the whole value chain.
In this highly visible role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation, Commercial AI, and partner with other Enterprise AI leads to apply your expertise and experience in leading change to prioritized digital technology and AI projects.
In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions.

Salary
Base: $147,507.20 - $221,260.80 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus opportunity, equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: Qualified retirement program (401(k) plan), paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision)

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in a relevant subject
7+ years' experience in life sciences management or strategy consulting

Ability to succeed in an environment that often involves ambiguity
