Must-have
Revit for HVAC and Plumbing modeling
Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
Excellent spoken and written English
Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems
High level of modeling quality and LOD
Nice-to-have
Constructability knowledge for US projects
Experience with fabrication-level detail
Familiarity with US codes and standards
Supporting US-based projects
Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design, construction, or BIM/VDC
Revit modeling at LOD 350
Experience with US projects or constructability knowledge (differential)
