Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 10–15 years of progressive supply chain experience
  • Leadership in demand and/or supply planning
  • Strong working knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management principles
  • Experience with advanced planning tools (Anaplan preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
