Job Summary
As a Platform Cloud Engineering Manager, you will lead a team that builds and manages a broad set of capabilities in support of our Public Cloud environments in AWS and Azure as well as our Infrastructure Automation platforms.
You will also have the role of being one of several Product Owners of the Mothership product under CG's Helix Cloud program with a focus on the sub-products your engineering team owns and delivers.

Salary
Base: $179,273-$286,837; Bonus/Equity: individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus; Benefits: company-funded retirement contribution (15% of eligible earnings), generous time-away and health benefits, 2-for-1 matching gifts

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Engineering technologies
5+ years leading teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
