This role is a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, execution, and governance of compensation, equity, and retirement programs across the EMEA region and globally.
Partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, external vendors, and HR business partners, the role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and well-communicated.
Using market insights and business inputs, the role helps attract, motivate, and retain talent while delivering operational excellence and a strong employee experience across regions.
