  • This position is responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, servicing, and documenting the control needs of equipment and systems related to HVAC units.
  • Must have the ability to maintain, improve, and participate in developing control systems, programming ladder logic / PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Wago, GE, MicroLogix, ControlLogix, PLC-5) and HMI.

Key Requirements

  • Five years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
  • Universal – EPA 608 Technician Certification
  • Associate’s degree in industrial technology or certificate from an industrial HVAC course (preferred)
  • Experience working around 480V 3 phase electrical systems (preferred)
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley RS Logix Software (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of energy centers including chillers, pumps and cooling towers (preferred)
