Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year relevant HVAC or boiler operation experience
  • Valid Arkansas driver’s license with fewer than 12 points
  • Ability to obtain Arkansas High Pressure Boiler License within 9 months
  • Preferred: Boiler Operator Certification
  • Preferred: 6-10 years boiler operations experience
