Job Summary

  • The Senior Business Unit Director for Oncology Brazil is responsible for maximizing the performance of the Oncology portfolio in Brazil, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Sales Effectiveness, Market Intelligence, and Training.
  • The role involves defining and executing Brazil’s Oncology commercial strategy, leading pre-marketing, launch, and lifecycle strategies, and overseeing P&L, forecasting, and annual brand planning.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the KAM team, ensuring marketing excellence through omnichannel initiatives, driving Sales Effectiveness, overseeing training, building strong partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliant execution.
