Job Summary

  • As a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor Healthcare, you’ll communicate UPS’ quality policy and objectives and make sure these are implemented and maintained on a local level.
  • You’ll support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, follow-up on all Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and assess and approve changes related to the applicable processes and projects.
