Job Summary
The Manufacturing Director, LATAM provides strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing operations across Latin America, driving safe, compliant, and cost-competitive manufacturing performance while leading transformation initiatives.
This role is responsible for leading manufacturing and operations strategy and execution across LATAM facilities, serving as a key member of the LATAM ABU leadership team, and providing inspirational leadership to an organization of approximately 2,000 employees.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
5+ years in manufacturing leadership roles
Experience managing multiple manufacturing sites across two or more countries
Proven track record of leading large, multi-site manufacturing organizations
Demonstrated success driving transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Experience with capital planning and execution
Prior experience with union or works council consultation and negotiation
