Job Summary

• Primary responsibilities include the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents experiencing psychological problems associated with medical or surgical conditions, integrated into multi-disciplinary medical care teams.
• Provision of direct, evidence-based patient care may occur in inpatient units and/or outpatient medical or behavioral health clinics, with a focus on enhancing optimal patient outcomes.
• The role includes offering education and training for providers, teaching and supervising trainees, and engaging in scholarly activities such as research and program development.
