Key Requirements

  • Graduate of ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 residency training OR 3 years applicable experience
  • Arkansas Pharmacist license or eligible
  • PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency OR 5 years specialist experience
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification preferred
