As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Manager in F10 NAND TD, you will lead a team in the use of next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues.
Develop inspection technology roadmaps to drive our internal and external partners enabling a clear path to future advanced memory needs.

Key Requirements
PHD in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
6-8 years RDA experience in semiconductor industry
6 - 8 years of experience in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods
