The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires rigorous monitoring of patient charts and electronic health record systems to ensure strict adherence to company policies and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent will support facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, annual state licensing surveys, and assisting with plans of correction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
Valid license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
