Haleon is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive the implementation of its Haleon Performance System (HAPS) to enhance business performance in safety, quality, service, and cost. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, with a solid foundation in continuous improvement systems and operational excellence

Job Summary

  • The Industrial Engineer will aid in the implementation the HAPS (Haleon Performance System) principles/tools at the site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Safety, Quality, Service, & Cost), by using a data-driven approach.
  • This role will also play a key role in Project Management and execution of Productivity initiatives that align with the Site goals.

Key Requirements
