Job Summary
As a Patient Transport Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting safe, efficient patient care throughout West Valley UCLA Medical Center.
Safely transport patients via gurney, bed, wheelchair, or crib to various hospital areas and assist licensed nurses with traction equipment, IV pumps, and transferring IV poles.
Pick up and deliver specimens, blood products, medical equipment, medications, records, and other items as assigned, and collaborate with patient escorts, nurses, physicians, and other hospital staff.
