Job Summary
The Principal Associate plays a key role responsible for conducting comprehensive physical inspections of multifamily assets supporting Underwriting and Asset Management.
This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team, primarily focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac collateral inspections.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
