Job Summary
The Care Partner role is a full-time position based in the Gippsland Bass Coast region, supporting our Support At Home clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients whilst also identifying opportunities to expand our Home Care services and increasing our supports to the community.
