Job Summary

• Our Audit Advisory Team of professionals includes several former senior officials from the PCAOB, including the Divisions of Enforcement and Investigation (DEI) and Registrations and Inspections (DRI).
• As a Senior Director in the Audit Advisory Practice, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to analyze accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and independence rules and standards, and assist Ankura Senior Managing Directors and clients with communications with the PCAOB, SEC, or other regulators on auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and independence matters.
• A candidate will also have the opportunity to assist external and internal counsel to perform investigations of corporations surrounding breaches in a corporation’s internal policies, procedures, and ethical behavior.
