TRANSNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to assist in managing courier delivery schedules and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 2B/3 license and strong report preparation skills

Job Summary

  • Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in monitoring daily courier delivery schedules and support the execution of action plans to meet operational objectives.
  • Effectively utilize the system (TMS) for tracking and reporting and compile, prepare, and submit accurate daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Supervise counter operations and distribution activities while tracking and monitoring delivery jobs to ensure completion and perform end of day reconciliation.
