High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Class C California Driver's License
Autodesk Certified User (ACU) or two-year technical degree
1 year experience in construction management, cost estimating, project management
Experience negotiating construction contracts
Experience with architectural, civil, or mechanical drafting
