The Trade Desk is seeking a Lead Senior Staff Software Engineer for their Front End Fundamentals team, responsible for designing and delivering user-friendly experiences on their platform. Ideal candidates will have substantial software engineering experience, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of cloud computing and frontend systems design.

Job Summary
The Desk Fundamentals team owns the platform UI framework that the rest of our buying-side engineering teams build on top of, delivering consistent experiences, logical navigation, and user-friendly page components at platform scale.
You will exercise technical leadership, review designs, code, and architecture, and drive the technical direction for how other engineering teams build on top of the platform framework.
You will manage a small team of talented engineers, serving as both their technical leader and people manager, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe team culture.
