Job Summary
You will lead transformation activity across the business, supporting teams as we modernise systems, strengthen processes and continue to build a safe, efficient and future-ready operation.
Develop and deliver a practical transformation roadmap aligned to business needs and operational priorities.
We will offer you a 37-hour week (half-day Friday), defined contribution pension, 33 days annual leave, annual bonus linked to company performance, and life assurance.
