The role requires efficient handling of service requests, complaint resolution, and coordination with processing centers, all while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. **

Job Summary

  • Servicing of customers, forwarding of various Service requests to India processing teams (Financial / Non-financial, Debit card processing)
  • Forwarding of AOFs to processing centers and efficient handling of the dispatch of AOFs
  • To handle the various MIS, Maintenance of Data, Establishment (Salary, Reimbursement processing, Various HR activities- issuing of AL, Visa, Medical, Insurance etc
