Set program strategy and governance, drive alignment to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP), secure capital funding, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Influence and align senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and partner functions, while building scalable mechanisms that improve execution, visibility, and outcomes.
