Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years HR Operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability
  • Experience with Oracle or ADP Workforce Manager
  • End-to-end employee lifecycle transaction management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in large matrixed organisations
  • Understanding of payroll processes and remuneration structures
  • Previous HR system implementation and UAT testing experience

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
