  • Key responsibilities include supporting a zero-injury culture, owning headcount and shift staffing plans, partnering on talent planning, supporting budget management, and coordinating area-level GMS/TIP routines.
  • The role requires postsecondary education or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations support, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with various departments.
