Job Summary
The Account Manager acts as the primary, day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and is responsible for managing existing weekly business and maximizing sales margins for the Company’s poultry products.
This role partners with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic growth plans and sales initiatives, while also investigating customer claims and facilitating resolution of credit issues.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in poultry or protein industry
Minimum one year inside sales or customer service experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
