Job Summary

• As a trainee in the Commercial organization, you will learn central sales and commercial functions within a structured trainee program and gain comprehensive insight into the market and customer-oriented processes of our company.
• Your responsibilities will include structured rotations in areas such as Key Account Management, Product and Category Management, Corporate Development, Controlling, Customer Service and Logistics, Strategic Purchasing, and Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• You will actively participate in the operational day-to-day business of the respective departments, support cross-departmental projects along the product life cycle, and gradually take on independent tasks and increasing responsibility.
