As a Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will lead a functional team in planning and leading strategic projects, primarily associated with operating margin expansion, by leveraging change management and good problem-solving principles.
You will execute and lead engineering solutions to drive operational margin expansion, solve complex problems using perspective and experience, and act as a resource to junior associates.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English, the ability to mentor technical learnings, and to identify and follow organized work structures and project management between multidisciplinary teams.
