This role serves as a technical lead to drive industrial performance in process safety, reliability, and efficiency within the Air Liquide AMEI cluster.
The expert will evaluate technologies based on total cost of ownership and ensure strict adherence to Group Industrial Standards and cybersecurity protocols.
Candidates must be willing to travel approximately 35% of the time and provide off-duty technical assistance via cellular phone.

Must-have
5-10+ years process industry experience
Expert level DCS system knowledge
Programmable control system specification
Field instrumentation and gas analysers
Loop tuning and advanced control techniques
Management of Change (MOC) process
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident investigation
Nice-to-have
Virtual Operating Systems experience
Cryogenic air separation process knowledge
MAXIMO or ERP systems familiarity
Alarm Management Tools and APC software
Strong written communication skills
International collaboration experience
Mentoring and training capabilities
Key Requirements
B.Tech or B. Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Control Systems
Minimum 5 years experience in programmable control systems
Expert proficiency in at least one DCS system
Ability to read and develop functional diagrams
Knowledge of industrial control communication protocols
