Job Summary

  • To direct the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty portfolio and to ensure alignment and integration of sales & marketing strategies within and across business functions.
  • Leads the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio (including rare disease and CMV), ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, values, and overall strategic objectives.
  • Develops and implements structured employee development plans to build future talent and support evolving business needs.
