Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly answering resident calls.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all resident care information and protected health information while reporting any suspected violations immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training on specific care tasks and equipment usage
