As Policy & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for embedding governance and compliance within Uniting’s policy framework.
You will oversee the full policy lifecycle from development and consultation through to approval, publication and review, ensuring policies remain current, consistent and fit for purpose across a complex organisation.

Key Requirements
3+ years' experience

Experience managing policy frameworks, registers and governance systems
Strong capability in document management, editing and formatting
Advanced skills across Microsoft 365
Experience using Power BI and Excel for data analysis
