Job Summary
You’ll be responsible for partnering closely with the Department People Partner team to provide a world class service to your client group by delivering a proactive and customer focused service.
This role will be primarily responsible for managing key processes including probation period management, onboarding/offboarding in Workday, flexible work requests, and handling employee grievances and disputes.
