  • Lead the strategic management, operational performance and legal compliance of all plant, machinery and lifting equipment across the programme.
  • Ensure full compliance with LOLER, PUWER, relevant BS/EN standards, HSE guidance/ACOPs, and the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

Salary

Negotiable; Bonus: 5% CIP bonus; Benefits: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, Contributory pension (up to 7.5% employee / 15% employer)

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction plant management
  • Strong working knowledge of LOLER, PUWER and British Standards
  • Good understanding of HSE compliance and statutory inspection requirements
  • Experience managing plant registers and compliance systems
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
