Job Summary

  • Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region, executing and improving the OCM methodology.
  • Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology, serve as service owner for OCM enabling tools, and develop KPIs and weekly reporting metrics.
  • Support upskilling of internal Honeywell IT employees and Super Users by building and supporting an SAP Learning Hub curriculum and tracking SAP competency.
