  • The Customer Liaison is responsible for representing WAP at a customer manufacturing facility by inspecting and auditing parts used on the production line to ensure accuracy, completeness, and full compliance with customer requirements.
  • This role serves as the primary communication link between the customer plant and WAP, ensuring clear, concise, and timely information flow.
  • Working under the general direction of the Operations Manager and/or Engineering Manager, the Customer Liaison supports plant management in maintaining quality standards, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement.
