Must-have
Active Workday HCM Certification
Minimum 5 years implementation experience
Direct client interaction required
SME in at least one Workday module
Complex configuration building skills
Nice-to-have
Supplemental certification in Absence or Time Tracking
Experience with Core and Advanced Compensation modules
Ability to work in diverse fast-paced environment
Mentoring capabilities for consultants
Key Requirements
Active Workday HCM Certification (HCM, Absence, Time, Comp)
Minimum 5 years of direct Workday project experience
Subject Matter Expertise in at least one Workday module
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
