Job Summary
You will oversee and manage assigned customer accounts and ensure that corporate agreements and service performance are carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with both internal and external customers to manage the agreement to meet both the customer requirements and internal goals, check that processes are running smoothly, and ensure we fulfill the requirements of service agreements to meet customer needs.
