Individuals in this pool will be engaged on an as-needed basis to review case materials, preside over formal Title IX hearings, make relevancy determinations, and issue written decisions regarding responsibility and sanctions in matters involving allegations of Title IX sexual harassment or sexual assault by or against University students or employees.
Hearing Officers serve as neutral, trained decision-makers responsible for ensuring a fair, transparent, and compliant hearing process in accordance with federal Title IX regulations (34 C.F.R. §106.45) and University policy.

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) awarded from an accredited institution
At least five (5) years of experience presiding over or representing parties in court or administrative proceedings
Active membership in good standing with the Bar of the State of Arkansas or another U.S. jurisdiction
