Holds full ownership of the assigned Manufacturing Unit, responsible for leading Production, Maintenance, and Engineering Processes to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Ensures compliance with BD Quality Systems, policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations while driving continuous improvement in line performance and equipment utilization.
Accountable for delivering key strategic, operational, and functional goals, leading and developing the Manufacturing Unit team with a focus on capability building, engagement, and accountability.
