Job Summary
The Sr. Director, Global Security is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the global security strategy and operations of the company, including security of people, assets and operations, against internal and external threats.
The Sr. Director, Global Security advises executive leadership on security-related matters, including executive protection, and fosters a culture of security preparedness, risk mitigation and response to security threats across the organization.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience
Board Certification in Security Management Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Active membership in at least two International Security industry associations
U.S. government active security clearance or ability to obtain
