Our Workforce Planning products sit at the intersection of Finance and HR, enabling customers to align headcount, skills, cost, and organizational structure with their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include partnering with multi-functional stakeholders, driving application development scrum teams, and engaging with various departments to solve customer issues.
We offer a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote time, with at least 50% of our time each quarter spent in the office or with customers, prospects, and partners.
