Job Summary
This position assists the Director of Nursing in establishing goals and developing systems to accomplish a 24-hour day of nursing care for the nursing care units.
The ADON supervises 4 House Supervisors, Emergency Medical Technicians, Transport HCT’s, Restorative Aides, and MDS Nurse Supervisor, Wound Care Nurse and Nurse Scheduler.
This position is considered mandatory, which means that employees are required to report to work during adverse weather and emergency conditions.
