Michels Corporation is seeking a Trenchless Mechanic in Lomira, WI, to perform repair and maintenance on heavy machinery used in tunneling and drilling projects. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of mechanical experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Summary

  • As a Trenchless Mechanic, your key responsibilities include repair and maintenance on various machines and equipment used for large horizontal directional drill rigs and tunneling equipment such as mud systems, mud pumps, power units, drill rigs, and tunneling equipment.
  • This position will test equipment, complete preventative maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, replacing filters, and hydraulic testing while maintaining records by recording service and repairs.
