Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing the company's clinical education and training strategies for products, systematically transferring knowledge and skills to enhance internal and external customer understanding and proficiency.
Develop standardized training course systems covering product principles, indications, operational standards, complication management, and troubleshooting, creating diverse training materials such as PPTs, videos, and case studies.
Establish and maintain a national/regional KOL expert network, invite them to participate in course design and serve as training instructors, and assist in selecting and certifying 'Regional Training Centers' or 'Centers of Excellence'.
