Job Summary

  • The Administrative Assistant will have a focus on violation management, help maintain property operations, and ensure resident compliance with community rules and standards, while also serving guests and residents.
  • Perform weekly property inspections in conjunction with maintenance staff and document/follow up with residents on rules and property violations.
