Job Summary
Responsible for supervision of Correctional Food Service Officers and providing oversight of offenders performing large-scale food production at medium custody prison facilities.
Must be able to work a varied schedule and be able to return to work during emergencies.
This position is required to work 8.00 hour shifts and will be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled on the shift assignment.
